Learning   is   a continuous   process.  During   the   process  of  educational development, individual children have  different ways of learning and also face some or the other problems naturally. But some time the continuity of the  problem persist  and start  effecting education and other issues. This is the point where intervention by an expert is required to help and improve. 

‘They put me in the slow class – NOW who am I supposed to copy from?’

But before starting remediation for learning issues, if it is identified well that basically the problem is arising as difficulty due to poor orientation or opportunity of learning the concept, faulty teaching, dis-interest etc. or the child is learning it again and again yet not able to perform. This is the area where we find a thin line between learning difficulty and disability which support in making best learning plans for individuals with different cause of problems with similar errors or problems.

In cases with learning difficulties, mostly we can see that learners are not able to read, spell, calculate, write etc. properly because they have not learned it well and needs to get help to learn essential fundamentals systematically. Proper teaching and revision make them learn and perform with gradual and sustained improvements and coping up with new contents with lessor support. But in cases where children suffer from learning disabilities, they really struggle not only in performing but also in learning the fundamental concepts and keeping up the same to jump to next stage of learning. Due to these difference, we need to select different set of intervention techniques for the remediation of learning issues. 

It is always suggestive that a consultation or assessment with an expert to better find out the cause of learning problems, may work well then just trying to provide simple tutoring support or repetition of learning or many other trial and error methods for sustained improvement in performance.
